- Completion of an apprenticeship as an IT specialist, application developer, or equivalent knowledge acquired through a career transition.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP), PHP, MySQL, Microservices, RESTful API, GitLab, and/or PHPUnit.
- Experience working with Web Services, Zend Framework, Laravel/Lumen, REACT, DevOps, Docker, K8s, AWS, and/or popular JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving skills to address technical issues effectively.
- Excellent command of both German and English languages.
- A keen desire to expand knowledge and learn new technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Continuously developing and maintaining the overall architecture, which includes frontend, backend, databases, caches, and more.
- Collaborating with one of our teams to work on various functions, whether they are large-scale, small-scale, or entirely new.
- Undertaking the task of transforming the existing PHP7 backend from a monolithic structure to microservices architectures, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
- Proactively addressing performance optimization across different levels, including code, database, system, and infrastructure, to enhance efficiency.
- Generating comprehensive documentation to ensure clear understanding and support future development and maintenance activities.
