Good recruiting is fast recruiting, but we do not put speed over quality. Training as an IT specialist for application development is a classic dual training program and lasts a total of three years. While instruction takes place on up to two days at the vocational school in Düren, the knowledge acquired is directly put into practice in the training company at 5FLOW in Jülich. In the third year of training, the apprenticeship is concluded with an examination.
So if the term computer science still evokes the cliché of the loner nerd in a check shirt and horn-rimmed glasses, you’d better forget about it! If you want to do more than “just” study, you should take a look at the dual study of computer science. Through the regular practical phases in our company, you can immediately apply the knowledge you have learned in theory in practice. And this is a great advantage, especially with the complex structures in programming languages and information technologies.
